One favorite holiday dish is my mom’s Sweet Potato Casserole. I could probably eat the entire casserole dish of it.
You start off with cooked mashed sweet potatoes. You could make your own or buy it already mashed.
Mix in the milk, butter, sugar, eggs and vanilla and beat well. Place the mixture into a casserole dish.
Mix the brown sugar, flour and pecans and sprinkle over casserole.
Top with margarine and bake for 45 minutes. Serve warm!
