A favorite dish I enjoy taking to pot lucks is my Baked Ham and Cheese Sliders
They usually get cleaned up…. much to my disappointment. LOL
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Spray a 13″x 9″ pan with cooking spray.
In a bowl, mix together butter, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, poppy seeds, and onion.
Place the bottom pieces of each roll into the prepared baking dish. Layer about half the ham onto the rolls followed by the Swiss cheese over the ham, and top with a layer of the remaining ham.
Place the tops of the rolls onto the sandwiches.
Pour the mixture evenly over the rolls.
Bake until the rolls are lightly browned and the cheese has melted, about 20 minutes.
You can use basically any type of Swiss cheese or ham. I prefer the honey ham for this recipe.
Also, it is often recommended to use Hawaiian Rolls but I often also use Potato Slider Rolls, native to Lancaster County, PA.
Baked Ham and Cheese Sliders
3/4 cup melted butter/margarine
1 1/2 T Dijon mustard
1 1/2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1 1/2 T poppy seeds
1 T minced onion
24 slider rolls
1 lb thinly sliced cooked honey ham
1 lb thinly sliced Swiss cheese
Slice into individual rolls through the ham and cheese layers to serve.
I for one am not afraid of lathering the butter 🙂 These look so good!

I can see why they are usually all gone! Different than most options at a potluck, but not unfamiliar, a great combo! Thanks for sharing.
