Recipe Wednesday: Appetizer Meatballs

AppMmeatballsWhether in a roll, on top of noodles or even on a pizza, this is sure to be a pot-luck favorite!

Appetizer Meatballs


1 lb. ground lean beef
1 tsp. salt
1/2 c. bread crumbs or corn-flake crumbs
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/4 catsup
1/4 c. finely chopped onion
1 T Worcestershire sauce
1/2 c. evaporated milk


Shape into balls, using tsp. for each. (I use a cookie dough scoop) Place in a 13×9 inch pan.

Bake at 400 degrees for 12-­15 minutes until brown, turning at least once. Just before serving,

Reheat in barbecue sauce or gravy. May be frozen.

Note: I will often do these in my slow-cooker.
